General Conditions of Sale – Camping La Perle***

Staying at Camping La Perle implies acceptance of the internal regulations that you

will be found on our website and displayed at the entrance to the campsite, with a commitment to comply with them.

To be allowed to enter or settle on the land, you must have been authorized to do so by Camping La Perle.

• Reservation

The reservation of a pitch or rental of accommodation will be recorded in chronological order of arrival and only becomes effective after confirmation of the agreement of Camping La Perle and receipt of the corresponding funds.

• Insurance

Insurance and Liability

Acceptance of this contract implies that the camper must have valid insurance for his tent, caravan, motorhome, vehicle and civil liability.

Cancellation or interruption of stay insurance

Cancellation or interruption of stay insurance is strongly recommended.

In the event of cancellation, interruption of stay or early departure without taking out insurance: no refund or reduction of stay will be made whatever the circumstances.

For these reasons, we advise you to take out cancellation or interruption of stay insurance. In the event of late arrival or early departure, no reduction or refund will be granted. Please notify Camping La Perle if you delay your arrival. We keep your reservation for 24 hours, after this period, Camping La Perle will consider it as a cancellation. Camping La Perle reserves the right to re-let and the booking fees and deposit will remain the property of the campsite.

• Location

A maximum of 6 people are allowed.

It is imperative to declare domestic animals.

Thank you for being responsible and looking after the environment, energy and other users of the campsite.

The location is available from 4 p.m. (reception closed from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m.).

Departure must be before 12 noon, after this time an additional fee will be due.

Our campsite La Perle is located in the countryside, we advise you to bring products against flying and crawling insects. Each camper must bring electrical sockets and extension cords.

ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING

Each rental is intended for a certain number of people, which cannot be greater than that declared when booking.

It is imperative to declare domestic animals.

Thank you for being responsible and looking after the environment, energy and other users of the campsite.

Rates include rental, water, gas and electricity. Rentals are fully equipped:

kitchen equipment, refrigerator, hotplates (except unusual accommodation)

outdoor terrace with garden furniture, parasol

After agreement from Camping La Perle, an additional small tent may be authorized on the rental site at no extra charge. Please specify this when booking.

• Rules of stay

A deposit of 25% of the total amount of the stay is to be paid at the time of booking.

The reservation will be final after payment of the balance of the stay one month before the arrival date.

• Cancelation

To obtain possible compensation, we invite you to take out cancellation insurance when booking your stay. We cannot make exceptions to the rules. In the event of cancellation and without taking out insurance, you will be charged:

if you cancel less than 90 days before the scheduled arrival date: 25% of the amount of the stay or the entire deposit

if you cancel less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date: all amounts received Camping La Perle reserves the right to re-let the rental without having to pay any compensation or reimbursement.

• Arrival / Departure

Rental is available from 4pm to 8pm. In case of later arrival, please notify Camping La Perle.

Departure must be before 11 a.m.

For families who have opted for the ""cleaning"" package, departure must be before 10 a.m.

• Security Deposit or Caution

€500 is payable on arrival by leaving either a credit card imprint or by check. It consists of:

Equipment deposit: €390 Cleaning deposit: €80

Deposit for the remote control of the campsite access barrier: €30

The ""cleaning"" deposit may be cashed if the tenant requests the cleaning service.

If the cleaning carried out by the tenant is found to be partial or incorrect, Camping La Perle reserves the right to collect the deposit.

Upon your arrival, you will be given an inventory carried out by us. You must check it and report any anomalies no later than the day after your arrival. All installations are in working order, any complaints concerning them must be made no later than the following day.

Beyond this period, Camping la Perle will consider them as damage and will be retained on the inventory of fixtures at departure and therefore on the ""equipment"" deposit.

For departure, you must make an appointment with Camping La Perle at least 48 hours before your departure for the departure inventory.

In case of departure outside reception opening hours and if the rental is returned in good condition, the deposit will be destroyed.

Electric vehicles
It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to charge any electric vehicle on ANY electrical installations on the campsite, including those in the accommodation.
A specific charging station for electric vehicles is installed at the campsite reception (price according to subscription).
For obvious safety reasons, any failure to comply with this rule may result in expulsion from the campsite.

• Dispute

Foreign language versions are translations as faithful as possible of the French version. However, in the event of a conflict, only the French version will prevail. In the event of a dispute and after having informed the Management of Camping *** La Perle, any customer of the campsite has the possibility of contacting a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by Registered Letter with Acknowledgment of Receipt, with the operator.

Regulations of Camping *** La Perle

• Admission requirements

To be allowed to enter, settle in and stay on our campsite, you must have received prior authorization from the manager(s) of Camping *** La Perle.

Minors not accompanied by their parents may stay with parental authorization and must be accompanied by an adult.

Staying at Camping *** La Perle implies acceptance of the provisions of these regulations and the commitment to comply with them. Any failure to comply with the provisions of these internal regulations may result in the expulsion of the perpetrator. In the event of a criminal breach, Camping *** La Perle may resort to the police.

• Facility

The tent, caravan or camper van and related equipment must be installed in the location indicated and in accordance with the instructions given by Camping *** La Perle.

• Reception desk

The reception office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
Outside of these hours, you can reach us at 06.18.99.05.48.

All information on the campsite's services, the tourist attractions in the surrounding area and various useful addresses (Police, Gendarmerie, Fire Brigade, Doctors, etc.) are available at the reception office.

• Royalties

Fees and Tourist Tax are payable at the reception desk, their amount is set according to the displayed rate. They are due according to the number of nights spent on the site. Campsite users are invited to pay their fees before their departure.

• Noise and silence

All our campers are expressly reminded that they must take all precautions not to disturb the peace of the neighborhood. In particular, it is advisable to avoid any noise that could disturb the neighbors (discussion, sound equipment, untimely closing of doors and trunks, etc.).

Between 10:30 p.m. and 7 a.m., any violation of these provisions will be considered nighttime disturbance.

• Animals

Pets (maximum 2 per pitch) weighing less than 10kg, tattooed and vaccinated are accepted at the campsite except for the 1st and 2nd categories. They will be billed in accordance with the current rate.

They must all be kept on a leash. They must not be left alone at the campsite, even locked up, in the absence of their owners who are civilly and financially responsible for them. Their vaccination record must be up to date and presented at the request of Camping *** La Perle. They are not allowed in public places (swimming pool, toilets, children's playground).

Please respect the areas of Camping *** La Perle and your neighbors, picking up your animals' excrement BY YOURSELF is MANDATORY.

• Visitors

Visitors may be admitted to Camping *** La Perle under the responsibility of the campers who receive them. They MUST report to reception and pay the fee according to the current rate.

• Traffic and parking of vehicles

Inside Camping *** La Perle, vehicles must drive at a speed limited to 10 km/h and respect the direction of traffic.

Vehicle access is closed between 10:30 p.m. and 8:30 a.m. During this period, vehicles must be parked in the car park outside.

To preserve water and have an eco-responsible approach, washing all vehicles (including camper vans, caravans, 2 wheels, etc.) is PROHIBITED;

Only vehicles belonging to campers staying there may circulate in the campsite. Visitors' vehicles must remain parked at reception.

Unless otherwise recommended by the campsite representative, vehicles must be parked in the allocated space (or in the campsite's outdoor car park provided for this purpose).

For safety reasons, they must not obstruct traffic under any circumstances.

• Maintenance and appearance of the facilities

For the sake of respect for the environment and the maintenance of the sites, it is strictly prohibited:

• to build fences or mark out the site by personal means, and to dig the ground.
• to store used items
• to deprive caravans, whatever their dimensions, of their means of mobility (drawbar, wheels, etc.)
• to install awnings whose structure and stability would require a building permit
• if necessary, to install garden sheds

It is also prohibited to install transportable or removable houses called ""Light Leisure Housing"" without regulatory authorization.

• Cleanliness and environmental rules

Everyone is required to refrain from any action that could harm the cleanliness, hygiene and appearance of the grounds. It is forbidden to throw polluted water on the ground or into gutters.

Camping *** La Perle carries out selective sorting . ""Household waste"" and ""selective sorting"" containers are located at the entrance to the campsite.

The use of a garbage bag is mandatory for household waste.

Sanitary facilities must be kept clean by campers at all times. Be sure to accompany the little ones, the sanitary facilities are not play areas!

Please think of others,

Washing dishes is strictly prohibited outside of the sinks provided for this purpose.

Washing clothes in the dishwashing sinks is strictly forbidden. Camping *** La Perle has a washing machine (see prices).

Protecting the environment is a priority at Camping*** La Perle…
We ask you to be responsible for the proper use of water and electricity and to avoid any waste.

Plantings and floral decorations must be respected… let's think about our planet!

It is forbidden to drive nails into trees, cut branches or plant anything.

Any damage caused to vegetation, fences, grounds or campsite facilities will be the responsibility of the person responsible.

The location that will have been used during the stay must be kept in the condition in which the camper found it upon entering the premises.

""Caravaners"" and ""camper van owners"" must empty their waste water into the facilities provided for this purpose.

• Security

A first aid kit is available at the reception of Camping *** La Perle.

• Fire

Fires and barbecues (except gas barbecues) are strictly PROHIBITED.

Stoves must be kept in perfect working order and not used in a tent or near a car.

Fire extinguishers are available to everyone in each building and alley of the campsite. In the event of a fire, notify Management immediately. Campsite users are invited to take the usual precautions to safeguard their equipment.

Flight :

Management is not responsible for stolen items. The camper is fully responsible for his/her equipment.

• Pool

Swimming is not supervised by a lifeguard.

Also, the campsite management cannot be held responsible for any accident that may occur there. The campsite management requires that parents always accompany their children when swimming.

Users of the water park must strictly comply with the safety conditions displayed.

The management declines all responsibility in the event of an accident that may occur to children, who must always be under the supervision of their parents or an adult, in the play areas, swimming pool, pool slide, etc. as throughout the campsite.

The use of the water slide is STRICTLY reserved for children.

Swimming shorts, trunks and Bermuda shorts are prohibited. Shoes must remain outside the pool. Balls and games are not allowed. It is forbidden to eat or drink on the beaches.

Anyone with long hair MUST tie it up or wear a swimming cap, otherwise they will be refused access to the pool.

Before accessing the swimming pool, it is COMPULSORY for everyone to shower (in the accommodation or in the campsite toilets).

The swimming pool is a common place for everyone, please respect hygiene.

The sun loungers are there for your comfort. Respect their use! Do not take the chairs from the bar terrace.

Management may be forced to close the swimming pools partially or completely (for example in the event of a storm).

• Electric vehicles

It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to charge any electric vehicle on ANY electrical installations on the campsite, including those in the accommodation.

• Dead garage

No dead storage is possible at Camping *** La Perle.

• Mail, messages

At the reception of Camping *** La Perle, you can drop off your mail on departure and collect your mail on arrival.

Telephone calls cannot be received at the reception.

• Internet

Full coverage with FREE Wi-Fi is available throughout Camping *** La Perle. You will be given an access code upon request;

• Right to image

You authorize Camping *** La Perle to use on any media, photos or videos of you or your children which could be taken during your stay for the advertising needs of the campsite.

Please let us know if you do not wish to appear on these communications media.

• Data Protection Act

The user is informed, in accordance with article 27 of the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, that the optional information that he/she communicates by responding to the forms, if he/she wishes, allows his/her request to be answered, and is intended for Camping *** La Perle, responsible for processing, for administrative and commercial management purposes as well as, unless he/she objects, to other companies in the group or to partner companies of the campsite. • Campsite management

She is responsible for the order and good running of Camping *** La Perle.

It has the right to sanction serious breaches of the regulations if necessary, and to have troublemakers expelled by the police in the event of a criminal offence.

• Dispute
