Description of the route

Meeting point of many departments (the Cher in the north, the Allier in the east, the Corrèze and the Haute-Vienne in the south), the East Cycle Route of 168 km crosses the Pays de Combraille en Marche in order to reach the South Creusois Country up to the Parc Naturel Régional de Millevaches in Limousin.

This journey along the Pond of the Landes and of the Naute ; lakes of Lavaud-Gelade and of Vassivière will give real pleasure to the lovers of nature. Go on the traces of George Sand to Boussac, visit the abbatial of Chambon-surVoueize, revitlize yourself in the charming thermal city of Evaux-les-Bains and discover the secrets of the tapestry to Aubusson and Felletin. The East Cycle route takes you to discover the most beautiful landscapes of the Creuse and its rich and diversified heritage.
