Exposition de Linock

Using existing molds (bowls, teapot lids, cones, cups, etc.), students in the Industrial Ceramics speciality at ENSIL-ENSCI, the Limoges engineering school, have created some superb new pieces on the theme of nature: a bamboo-soliflore forest sits alongside a carousel in the colors of the sea, while a flowery palette warms up under the glow of photophores.
New this year, the prototype of the piece was produced in 3D polymer. This project thus combines modernity and technicality, as well as tradition and design!
These objects testify to a great mastery of ceramic manufacturing and decoration techniques, as well as great creativity: the year?s theme was to hijack existing objects and give them a new lease of life.
