SUMMER WORKSHOPS
During the summer, Micro-Folie offers free parent-child workshops to (re)discover art history classics, oriented around the summer exhibition. Each workshop lasts about 1 hour to 1h30 and the children will leave with their productions. The number of places is limited, so registration is mandatory to participate. Reservations can be made by calling 05 19 96 20 10, by email at microfolie@la-souterraine.fr or at Micro-Folie during opening hours. A confirmation will have to be given to you to validate your registrations.

“Expedition in Egypt-Assassin’s Creed” from 8 to 10 years old
Let’s go on the Nile River, let’s penetrate in the pyramids to discover the smallest nooks and crannies, let’s go on top of the Alexandria’s lighthouse thanks to the game Assassin’s Creed Origins Discovery Tour. In this huge world, you choose where to go! This digital discovery will be followed by the creation of a hieroglyphic cartouche of each child’s first name. Duration: 1h30/1h - Friday, August 19
“Create Your Own Money” ages 6 to 10
The exhibition features its share of ancient coins. It’s up to us to also compose our own treasure trove of coins with their decorations. - THURSDAY, AUGUST 26

Armed with your Kaplas, it’s up to you to build your fortress on the model of Bridiers. - Friday, August 27
“Around Icarus” from 6 to 10 years old
The fabulous history of the gods, demigods, heroes of antiquity, … through the example of one of them: Icarus, son of Daedalus who died trying to get too close to the sun. It is up to us to be inspired by the work of Matisse to create a work of art.
