Professionals, members of the Departmental Union of Fishing Guides of the Creuse, are at your disposal to guide and advise you in your fishing trips (initiation or improvement in different fishing techniques: coarse fishing, toc fishing,fly fishing, predator fishing, tenkara fishing, etc.).

A departmental fishing brochure is available in the various fishing shops in the department as well as in the tourist offices that sell fishing cards giving you the cartography of rivers and streams as well as the regulations.

You will find the main themes on fishing in the Creuse, such as:

  • night carp fishing (obligation to book with the Creuse federation, two weeks maximum before fishing and for a maximum of 7 consecutive days),
  • dams, ponds and watercourses (the complete map is on the brochure),
  • regulations: fishing in the Creuse can be different from the general fishing regulations in France.
