  • The start is gentle to warm up the cardio system, then after crossing the D951, the countryside opens up to the runner, with some wild south-facing stretches to take in the view. Then, on the way to the villages of Peufevrier and Lavaud, you'll have to get your knees up... The route follows a small stream! (you don't have to get wet).

    On the way back, you have to cross the D951, so be careful. A visit to the masterly Bridiers tower, followed by a few technical sections, before finishing...
