On the first floor, a large, welcoming kitchen and a cosy living room invite you to share meals and evenings by the fireplace. The first floor features a mezzanine relaxation area and several comfortable bedrooms suitable for families and groups.

As for leisure activities, there's something for everyone: table soccer, TV on the first floor or upstairs, table tennis in the garage, or simply relaxing on the terrace overlooking the 650 m² grounds. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the trails leading from the gîte, as well as the two private ponds nearby, where fishing and walks in the fresh air are the order of the day.
