The aim of this fifth stage of the GR® de Pays Monts et Barrages en Limousin is to discover the town of Les Pelauds and its rich heritage.
Departing from Nedde, the path invites you to follow the Vienne River as it winds its way halfway up the slope, between lush green valleys and deep forests. A soothing route where nature reveals all its splendour, with the constant murmur of the river in the background. At the end of this short 11 km stage, you'll discover Eymoutiers, a small medieval...The aim of this fifth stage of the GR® de Pays Monts et Barrages en Limousin is to discover the town of Les Pelauds and its rich heritage.

At the end of this short 11 km stage, you'll discover Eymoutiers, a small medieval town full of character. Take a break at Le Pré Lanaud, in the shade of sculptures by artist Christian Lapie, and enjoy a breathtaking view of the collegiate church and former convent. You can also visit the Espace Paul Rebeyrolle or follow the town?s tour route, which takes you through the town?s key sites and their history, or stroll through the streets and shops.
