The Monts de Guéret region offers the ideal setting for canoeing between the river Creuse and the local lakes. Whether you’re looking for a thrill, a friendly get-together with friends or a family outing, there’s something for everyone.

Canoe hire

Canoe hire 2025

Due to ongoing works on the Courtille lake, canoe hire will not be available in 2025 at the Guéret leisure centre.

However, canoe hire is available from 1 July to 31 August at the Jouillat leisure centre(Lavaud beach). For further information, please contact Husk’In Creuse, who are in charge of this activity, on 07 80 55 11 26.

Canoe trips 2025

Husk’In Creuse offers canoe descents and canoe trips by reservation only, by calling 07 80 55 11 26. Canoe trips will only take place if the water level permits.

Dernière balade creusoise… petit tour rapide au labyrinthe.
