It represents the 2 symbols found on the coats of arms of 2 Mortroux: Mortroux d?ici with the pottery, and the castle for Mortroux Dalhem, a commune located in the Walloon region in the province of Liège, Belgium. These 2 "Mortroux" communes have been twinned for over 30 years.
