Two similar 12th-century churches, but two different styles of mural painting. After a description of the preserved elements, we'll see how the 19th-century decoration in Auge is inspired by the medieval and masks a 14th-century fresco, and in Nouhant, how to interpret the 18th-century paintings on the vaults of a seigniorial chapel.
