    Introducing the Guéret Micro-Folie

    Guéret’s Micro-Folie, located in the lobby of the Espace Fayolle, is an innovative cultural initiative offering privileged access to masterpieces from leading national and international institutions. At the heart of this space, the Digital Museum lets youexplore an eclectic collection of artworks digitized in very high definition, ranging from fine art to architecture, science and the performing arts. This interactive virtual gallery is designed to arouse curiosity and appeal to all audiences, making it a valuable tool for artistic and cultural education. What’s more, a virtual reality area is available for visitors aged 13 and over, offering unique immersive experiences that marry technology and creativity.

    Practical information

    Venue: Espace Fayolle hall, Guéret. Access: All events are free of charge. Reservations: Due to limited space, reservations are recommended for all events. For the “L’art ça ‘conte'” event and its micro-workshop, reservations are essential to ensure that the necessary materials are available. Reservations can be made up to noon on the day before the event. Reservations can be made by calling or texting 06 25 45 89 11 or emailing microfolie@ville-gueret.fr.

    School period: Wednesdays: 10am-12pm and 2pm-5.30pm Fridays: 2pm-5.30pm Saturdays: 01/25, 02/08, 03/29, 04/12, 05/17, 06/21: 10am-12.15pm Please consult the program before you come to make sure we’re open, as some slots may already be booked. School vacations: opening times vary according to program.

    Groups

    Group slots are available during the school year: Tuesdays from 2pm to 5:30pm and Thursdays from 9:30am to 12pm and 2pm to 5:30pm. If you’d like to come to one of these times with a class or group, you’ll need to reserve your date on the website: https: //account.micro-folies.com. You’ll need to create an account (free) with an e-mail address and password, go to the “Reservations” tab and choose Micro-Folie Guéret, then the date you’re interested in. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. An educational project can also be sent to you by e-mail on request.
