The Communauté d’Agglomération du Grand Guéret has been working to promote the territory for the past twenty years. By becoming owner of tourist accommodations, creating the Monts de Guéret Animal Park “Les Loups de Chabrières”, and developing the Monts de Guéret Nature Sports Station, it has strengthened the local offer and provided the territory with strong tourist appeal products.
Today, in its desire to breathe new development into its territory project, it is proposing the takeover of its various accommodation sites by private or public players ready to commit to the promotion and development of the territory.
This takeover of the Saint-Victor-en-Marche hamlet of lodgings, the La Chapelle-Taillefert campsite, the Anzême campsite and the Jouillat hamlet of lodgings is possible through a sale or an administrative long lease.
Interested parties will have to present a takeover project with a strong commitment in terms of renovation and development of existing facilities. Any proposal will be considered.
For more information you will find attached the descriptive sheets for each site.
